I’ve got a bad feeling about this one. I don’t trust this “Jones” you’ve been working with. Everything he’s done so far has been sloppy. Look at the postcard ad he sent out to people for crying out loud! Even if no one finds the message, it’s clear something isn’t right with the way it’s set up.
The last thing we need is more attention right now. We’ve still got $17 million to pay back. You know how much I appreciate your help, but if we get caught we’re as good as dead. These people we’ve been working for have contacts in prison. If we end up there without getting them their money – all of it – they will kill us. Not might. They will.
All I’m saying is that if something doesn’t feel right tonight, walk away. It will put us behind, but that’s still better than being dead.
